About Harvard Street Concierge Services
My name is Dena Mapes, and I founded Harvard Street Concierge Services because I know life doesn’t get overwhelming all at once. It happens incrementally years of managing a home, a career, and the care of aging loved ones.
With a background in managing complex operations and the deeply personal experience of caring for aging family members, I understand what families are going through when a loved one needs more support than can be provided at home. That understanding is at the core of everything I do.
As a Senior Living Placement Advisor, I help families find the right senior living community for their loved one, whether that’s Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing. I assess care needs, coordinate personalized tours, and walk alongside families through the entire transition.
I built this service to handle the details with the care, respect, and reliability that your family deserves.
Who I serve
Families who are caring for an aging parent, spouse, or loved one and are beginning to explore what comes next. Whether you’re planning ahead or responding to an urgent need; a fall, a hospital stay, a change in condition, I’m here to help you find the right path forward.
I also work closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare professionals who are looking for a trusted placement resource for their patients and families.
